London Digital Week is a week of conferences and workshops bringing people together from the digital industry.
As part of LDW, we facilitated a panel discussion called – ‘how was it for you’ hosted at The Imagination Gallery. The discussion involved digital professionals trying to work out what success looks like across a variety of digital platforms.
The panel was made up of Alistair Duncan of Participation Marketing, Janine Smith – Creative Director of Que Pasa, Louise Brown - Cross Platform Commissioner of Channel 4 and Rachel Coldicutt - Head of
New Media at The Royal Opera House. Katie Streten – our Head of Digital Strategy chaired the event.
The summary of the talk was to start with hard measures. By this we mean page impressions, visits, time spent and number of sign ups. But there is also a need to encourage clients to leave room for softer and unexpected measures during the development of the project, which can bring more value such as brand estimation.
