We’ve just launched the oneworld Travel Library, the first initiative bringing free downloadable audio books to airports.
The aim is to enrich travelers’ flying experience by offering premium, relevant entertainment and educational content as part of a continuous effort on behalf of oneworld to add value to flyers travel experience.
oneworld’s latest initiative is available at Belgium, Milan and Rome airports, offering a selection of audio books downloaded for free directly over the airport wi-fi via laptop and mobile phones. Flyers will be prompted by in-airport posters also created by us asking, “Listened to any great books lately?”
“Our goal is to provide value with unexpected - but always relevant - offerings,” said Eduardo Braniff, Imagination’s Global Insight Director. “In the development of this program for travelers on-the-go, we were especially mindful of their needs, their technologies and the latest trends in entertainment, including the rise of 3G and the rising influence of digital books.”
