Imagination was one of four Marketing Services (branding & design) companies that made it on to the Business Superbrands listing, which was published today.

 

Founded in 1995, Superbrands commissions independent research to identify the UK’s strongest brands.

 

The Top 500 survey, compiled by The Centre for Brand Analysis (TCBA) selects an initial list of 1,200 brands, which is whittled down by a panel of experts.

 

When voting on the brands, the definition of a Business Superbrand is: ‘A Business Superbrand has established the finest reputation in its field. It offers customers significant emotional and/or tangible advantages over its competitors, which customers want and recognise.’ In addition, the panel is asked to judge the brands against Quality, Reliability and Distinction.

 

Others who made it on the list include Google, Microsoft, Apple, Shell, Saatchi & Saatchi, Interbrand, Samsung and BT.  Click here for the full listing.
