Portugal’s largest industrial group EDP launched an IPO for their renewables division, one of the world’s largest and fastest growing wind energy companies in May 2008. Our team looked after EDP senior management through a roadshow which travelled 138000 kms for 160 meetings in 14 countries. The IPO priced successfully, raising €1.57bn.  EDP CFO Nuno Alves said ‘Everything has gone to perfection.
