In September 2006, JSC KazMunaiGas Exploration Production (KMG) looked to raise capital through an IPO and support its new shareholders through a world-class IR function. This demanded our combination of global roadshow expertise and investor relations capabilities. The IPO was a success, raising $2 billion; KMG is now listed on the Kazakhstan and London Stock Exchanges. We continue to support KMG’s investor relations activities with a full range of services including perception studies, shareholder identification, investor targeting, annual report design, roadshow and presentation logistics.
